Environmental data is baseline adjusted using reporting boundaries per the World Resources Institute (WRI) Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Reporting Standard (the revenue component of intensity values is not baseline adjusted). Environmental data related to the acquisition of Solventum's Purification and Filtration business are excluded.

Data presented herein include restated environmental data for the 2018 to 2024 reporting year(s) resulting from the following: -Operational data collection improvements, -Increased usage of supplier-specific emission factors and proxies in Scope 3 Categories 1 and 2, -Removal of hotel related emissions in Scope 3 Category 6 and work-from-home related emissions in Scope 3 Category 7 in accordance with SBTi guidance -Removal of radiative forcing emission impact for air freight and travel-related emissions -Adjustments to energy attribute certificates allocation within the relevant electricity grid region, and emission factor updates.
  27. 2024 and 2025 values includes a reduction of 7,597 and 8,111 tCO2e, respectively, related to consumption of sustainable aviation fuel and other biofuels for a portion of air and ground freight.

  28. 2023 and 2024 values include a reduction of 237 and 252 tCO2e, respectively, related to consumption of sustainable aviation fuel for a portion of air travel.
  29. Analysis is currently unable to separate upstream and downstream transportation and distribution. Figures presented in upstream transportation and distribution represent both upstream and downstream emissions.
